It all started with a family recipe for delicious kabobs passed down for generations. Friends and business partners Jay & Amir share a passion for great food. But it wasn't until they sold their advertising business that they thought about sharing their food with the rest of Southern California. Jay knew his family's recipe for moist, flavorful kabobs was too awesome to keep to himself. So he asked his buddy Amir to come up with a fresh, new way to bring classic kabob flavor to the masses. Jay and Amir envisioned a new way to sell the classic kabob by piling on the toppings and creating the casual dining experience that Southern California residents crave.
